AI is moving quickly. Most of us are trying to work out not only what it can do, but what we should actually do with it.

That is what Ahumani is about.

This isn't intended to be another list of AI product launches or everything that happened this week. Ahumani looks at AI from the human side, with a particular interest in health, education and human progress.

If you read Ahumani regularly, you will understand the important developments in AI, be able to think more clearly about what they mean, and gradually become much more capable at using the technology yourself.

You shouldn't need to follow dozens of AI accounts or understand every new model release. We will do the digging, find the developments worth paying attention to and work out why they matter.

Each issue has three parts.

From the Evidence starts with real research or a genuine development in AI and asks what we can learn from it beyond the obvious headline.

The Human I steps back from the technology and looks at us — how people behave, what we value, and what we may want to preserve even as AI becomes more capable.

AI in Practice gets more practical. Sometimes we'll look at a tool or workflow. Other times we'll explore how AI could actually be used in areas like education, medicine or work, and where we might want to draw the line.

The idea is simple: understand what is happening, think about what it means, and learn how to use it well.
